- Performance-Tuned Exhaust: The UberScoot Performance Pipe is custom-made by Jet Pro for the new UberScoot RX and 2X models with 49cc 2-stroke engines.
- Improved Acceleration & Top Speed: Designed to provide increased take-off power and improved top-speed performance, with a claimed gain of at least 3,000 RPM.
- Custom Under-Engine Design: Specifically engineered to wrap underneath the engine, keeping the pipe positioned neatly and away from other components.
- Designed for 49cc 2-Stroke Engines: Developed specifically for compatible UberScoot models equipped with the 49cc 2-stroke engine.
- Recommended Carburetor Combination: For optimized performance, the pipe is best used in combination with a 15mm carburetor.
- Complete Mounting Hardware: Includes the necessary hardware for mounting the performance pipe to the engine and frame.
- Secure Installation: The supplied header pipe, clamps, brackets, and mounting hardware are designed for a secure installation when properly fitted.
- Installation Preparation: Remove the plastic engine cover and stock exhaust can before beginning installation. Retain the stock exhaust gasket on the engine.
- Header Pipe Installation: Attach the header pipe to the engine head using the provided bolts, keeping all bolts loose until the complete exhaust assembly is positioned correctly.
- Pipe Assembly: Slide the performance pipe onto the header pipe. The rubber connector is designed to fit tightly; lubricant may be used to assist assembly.
- Frame Mounting: Remove the rear axle nut and the bolt from the gear tower where the pipe brackets attach, then position and secure the pipe.
- Final Adjustment: Once all components are correctly positioned, tighten the bolts, clamps, and rubber-tube connection securely.
- Engine Cover Modification: Installation requires modification of the plastic engine cover to provide clearance for the exhaust system, including a center slit and an opening for the header pipe exit.
- Installation Note: Proper installation and secure tightening of all fasteners are important for safe and reliable operation.
