Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy also apply to relevant interactions with our website and services. If a conflict arises, applicable mandatory law will prevail, and any specific policy terms will apply to the relevant subject where appropriate.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable policies and agree to the terms that legally apply to your transaction.

Where permitted by law, we may decline, limit or cancel an order in circumstances such as a suspected fraudulent transaction, a material listing or pricing error, unavailable inventory or a delivery restriction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange any required refund in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment procedures.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be shipped using ground parcel services or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) pallet freight, depending on product size, weight, destination and shipping requirements.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines may vary based on the carrier, customer address, distance, weather, freight handling and other transportation conditions. Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates rather than promises.

LTL Freight Appointments

LTL freight deliveries may require an appointment. When required, the freight carrier may contact you directly using the contact details provided with your order to coordinate delivery.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and responding to reasonable carrier communications. Missed appointments, access restrictions, incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients may cause delays and may result in additional charges where applicable and legally permitted.

Inspection of Deliveries

We encourage you to inspect products and packaging upon delivery. If an item is incorrect or appears damaged, retain the packaging and shipping label and document the condition with photographs. Contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

7. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Before shipment, we will review whether the order can be cancelled, subject to its processing status and applicable law.

Where a post-shipment cancellation or return is permitted, applicable forward and reverse shipping costs may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase. Freight return costs can be substantial.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or withdrawal right that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Our standard return policy accepts eligible requests involving an incorrect item, damage during shipping or a qualifying manufacturing defect. Contact us within 10 calendar days after delivery and provide the required evidence for review.

Evidence may include photographs of the packaging, shipping label, item received and any visible damage or defect, along with your order number.

LTL pallet items are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns. Return requests for these items are limited to qualifying incorrect-item, shipping-damage or manufacturing-defect cases, subject to applicable law.

For approved claims, we may offer an appropriate replacement, a refund to the original payment method, store credit or another remedy as permitted by law. Store credit, when offered, is generally valid for six months from issuance, subject to applicable law and the terms provided with the credit.

9. Promotions, Coupons and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes and vouchers may be subject to additional terms, including expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions or limits on combining offers.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers have no cash value and may not be transferred or resold. We may correct errors in promotional materials and address suspected misuse, subject to applicable law and obligations for offers already accepted.

10. Customer Accounts and Acceptable Use

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and taking reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
